As an artist I work in a variety of media depending on my practice at the time. I let the development dictate the media, rather than selecting the media and creating the work(s). A lot of my work centres on my own personal life experiences and personal reflections, which results in a very emotional journey for myself and the viewer. Manipulation is the key to my work whether it’s manipulating the way the audience views the work. I also work with text which I find relevant to my practise and personal development. Using the text, I alter the words so it has a different connotation from the original text, changing the viewer’s reaction.  My practice also focuses on architecture and space, changing and distorting them through photography to create new visuals.  This allows the viewer to see something distinctive in a site that they would not have previously noticed.
